English Language Learner (ELL)
Communicating in the English language is essential for success in the United States. We have designed an ELL program to assist adults in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.
ELL students come to the RLC seeking to improve their English at work, communicate better in the schools of their children, and be better advocates for themselves in the community.
In addition to tutoring, ELL students can participate in additional conversation or computer classes. Eligible students may choose to take the Citizenship class, offered 3-4x a year.
