Opening the Door to Education

English Conversation Class at Mt. Pleasant Lakeside COP House

The Racine Literacy Council has partnered up with the Mount Pleasant Police Department at the Mount Pleasant Lakeside COP House to offer English conversation classes. They will be taught by RLC tutor, Maureen Potter, in a manner that will allow learners to attend one session and have a "take away" that they can use in their daily lives immediately. Classes will be aimed at helping individuals with little or no English skills communicate with local law enforcement and members of the community.

Start Date: Monday, February 13th, 2017

Cost: FREE
Who: Adults 18+ interested in learning English
When: Every Monday from 6-7pm
Where: 2237 Mead Street (just down the street from Wells Brothers Pizza)
