Bake Sale

RLC Bake Sale

Bakers Needed

Racine Farmer’s Market (corner of Washington Avenue & West Blvd.)

Saturday, August 4th from 8am-12pm

We need supporters to bake pies, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, breads, and ethnic delights to sell at the event. Items that were sought after last year were: fruit pies, torts, fruit crisps, and zucchini/banana/whole grain breads. In recent years, people have asked for healthier options like bran muffins, low sugar and gluten free items. All items we sell must be homemade, no store bought or canned goods.

Please put all items in containers that do not need to be returned. Cookies/cupcakes/brownies should be on plates with saran wrap or a plastic baggie over the top. It is helpful if items have a label that states what the item is along with key ingredients (people especially want to know if something is low sugar or has nuts in it).

When dropping off your baked goods, please include a note with your name and mailing address. We ask that all baked goods be delivered to the RLC (734 Lake Avenue) on Thursday, August 2nd (9am-7pm) or Friday, August 3rd (8am-1pm).
